General Rules
001. Swearing is allowed.
002. You absolutely must be at least thirteen years of age to join this forum. This is a COPPA law and can result in forum closure if it is not enforced.
003. Any pornographic material, either textual or photographic, will result in a permanent ban from the site. No excuses.
004. No racism, sexism, harassment, verbal abuse, or anything else that falls under one or more of these categories. You will be banned.
005. Do not spam the forum just to receive gems. Doing this will have you banned from the shop. Further abuse will have you banned from the forum.
006. Do not bully or pressure others into replying to threads. Be patient, not everyone can muster a decent reply within the five minutes you allow them.
007. Activity checks are monthly, please reply to them or all of your accounts will be deleted.
008. This site is no longer APC (Account per character). Please only keep one account.
009. There are three different categories on QTR. The Land Dwellers, The Heaven Dwellers, and The Unblessed. These do not decide your characters mindset or morals.
010. This site demands activity more than it does the largest post on earth. Something of a place to relax, our word count is a minimum of 100 words, which should be easy for anyone to achieve.
Roleplay Rules
001. Swearing is allowed.
002. You may absolutely not play rape or any mating period. Fade to black, please and thank you.
003. Posting tables are allowed, but please make sure that it is properly credited.
004. Obviously, you may duplicate characters YOU have used on past sites, but don't go around stealing others characters or their posts. That's just wrong.
005. Please, remember quality over quantity. Though I, personally, encourage both - quality is way better!
006. Before starting an open thread, check out other open threads and see if there's characters you'd like to join with!(:
007. Please don't exclude others from roleplay. This should be self-explanatory.
008. No Mary Sues or Gary Stu's. Don't know what they are? Google it.
009. Yes, you can have a unicorn. Yes, you can have a rainbow horse. Yes, you can have a natural horse. Yes, you can have a pegasus. No, you cannot have a power-playing, god-modding, machine-gun wielding horse.
010. Seasons change on the first day of every month.
011. Breeding and Birthing are always open, but please note that a mare may only have one foal per season; even then I don't encourage popping out babies.
012. You don't have to create a horse character! Thanks for being patient, the creation board password is design. We are completely open to MINOR animals such as species of birds, bobcats, snakes, etc. But nothing like a lion or a wolf.
013. Each breed of EQUINE may have a single power that develops throughout their lifetime, but again, this does not in the slightest permit you to go about power-playing.
014. Force-breeding and claiming are allowed everywhere; this includes a foal without their mother. However, you can resist. Please be sure to have OOC permission before force-claiming or breeding.
Claimance Rules
001. Stallions and mares may claim land.
002. A horse must be at least four years of age (adulthood) before claiming land.
003. Mares and stallions may force-claim. Mares, stallions, and foals may be force-claimed.
004. When challenging for a territory, you must post a minimal of two hundred words. The herd leader has three days to reply before forfeiting.
Stealing Rules
001. Riddles must be posted in the Stealing Board.
002. The person who starts the steal designates the numb er of days you have to block, BUT, there must be a minimum of two days.
003. If someone has posted in the absent board, you may not steal from them or steal one of their characters.
004. In the case of a successful steal you may challenge for the character back.
005. Only herd leaders, mates, or relatives may block a steal.
